Furry Brew Roasters — Shipping Policy
Processing Time Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Tea orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): available at checkout for an additional fee
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (US only)
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, etc.). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us at FurryBrewRoasters@outlook.com within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
