Furry Brew Roasters — Refund Policy
Because our coffee and tea are roasted and prepared fresh to order, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products. That said, your satisfaction matters to us — and 10% of our monthly profits go to causes that benefit pets, so we want every order to feel good from start to finish.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at FurryBrewRoasters@outlook.com with a photo, your order number, and a brief description of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Unopened Products Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
