Our Honduras single-origin is a medium-dark roast sourced from over 1,500 grower-members of Cafe Organics Marcala — a cooperative doing incredible things in the highlands of La Paz. Grown between 1,300 and 1,700 meters, fully washed and sun-dried, these beans deliver a rich, sweet, deeply satisfying cup every single time.
