Our Ethiopia Natural is a medium-light roast sourced from smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone — the birthplace of coffee itself. Grown at 1,700 to 1,900 meters on rich Nitisol soil, these indigenous heirloom beans are hand-sorted and dried whole on raised beds, letting the fruit ferment naturally into the bean for an insanely complex, sweet, and fruity cup.
