Our Costa Rica single-origin is a medium roast sourced from micro farms in the Alajuela region, grown on volcanic loam soil between 1,300 and 1,445 meters. Eco-pulped and sun-dried — a process that removes the skin but keeps some of the fruit on the bean — for a naturally sweet, smooth, and incredibly clean cup.
