Our Colombia single-origin is a medium roast sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellín, Antioquia — one of the most iconic coffee regions on the planet. Grown between 1,300 and 1,500 meters on volcanic loam soil, these beans are fully washed and solar-dried (yes, solar dryers — to protect them from rain and lock in that perfect flavor profile).
