Our Bali Blue is a medium-dark roast sourced from smallholder farmers in Kintamani — a volcanic highland region in Bali, Indonesia that produces some of the most distinctive coffee in the world. Hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds between 1,200 and 1,600 meters, these beans deliver a bold, deeply satisfying cup with serious character.
